The park is 145 acres and features a reflecting pool with water cascading from an illuminated spray fountain, gardens, Candy Cane Playground, tennis courts, lighted softball diamonds, soccer and football fields, and a picnic pavilion-all provide many leisure opportunities for visitors. A recent addition to the park is an accessible waterway downriver from the pedestrian bridge.
