Upscale comfort food. Pair's new menu: Out went the 72 Hour lamb chops with apple chutney, the salmon en papillote, the sushi. In came the casual bar snacks, wraps and sliders (those mini-burgers and sandwiches you'll find in more than a few local restaurants these days).
