Winco

I have been a Winco shopper for 6 years now. I have actually been in different stores throughout Oregon, California, Idaho and Washington and have never had a problem. Their prices are wonderful, I must save $50-80 every 2 weeks just by shopping there, taht's not counting coupons. They may not be the prettiest store or over-the-top friendly, but I do appreciate being able to go in, find what I want, and check out quickly without having to have a forced, drawn out conversation with a cashier. They just do their jobs and are polite. Although bagging your own groceries may not be super fun, it's a small price to pay for such wonderful savings. This is the only place where I do my grocery shopping.

Before I left the checkstand I realized that I was missing a bag of groceries. It was probably taken by another customer. I was told by "customer service" that it was not their fault. I realize that but I also know what good customer service. So for a lousy $9.84 Winco just lost a customer that spends over $5,000.00 a year.
